- The completed Cayuse SP record must be routed and approved by the Department, Center and College designated approvers.
- The Routed SP record with final budget must be received by the Office of Grants and Contracts no later than 3 business days before the sponsor deadline. The PI and individuals must be available to work with the Office of Grants and Contracts as the deadline approaches. OG&C will make every effort to process proposals received after this deadline. Applications received after the deadline might not receive adequate review. The investigator runs the risk of the proposal not being submitted in a timely way, or the funding could be refused if ÎÞÂëרÇø is unable to accept the terms/conditions.

Reporting Research Support
In an effort to allow for greater transparency of Investigators’ research support, capacity, and potential overlap with other projects, federal funding agencies have reinforced or updated their policies and processes regarding how to report research support in the Other Support (NIH) and Current & Pending Support (NSF) documents. Based on this information, OG&C has developed agency specific guidance documents, for NSF and NIH, for faculty who have active awards and/or are submitting sponsored research proposals.
This guidance is not intended to replace or supersede policies and guidance from the respective funding agencies. Investigators should direct their questions to their designated Deployed Research Administrator (DRA).
