Evaluating Sleep Trackers and Apps

Using your watch or other technologies to monitor and rate your sleep? Join the Office of Health Promotion for this 20-minute virtual workshop on evaluating the usefulness and accuracy of sleep trackers and mobile apps.

Students will have an opportunity to reflect on and raise awareness to the first generation college student experience and investigate identity by advancing asset-based national narratives based on student experiences. Virtual sessions of this group will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.
