A certificate of insurance must be provided to the Connelly Center prior to the commencement of the event in which 无码专区 is listed as certificate holder as well as included as an 鈥渁dditional insured.鈥� The certificate of insurance must provide the minimum limits set forth below. The certificate should also indicate whether the General Liability policy is written on a 鈥渃laims made鈥� or 鈥渙ccurrence鈥� basis, and shall include an agreement to provide 无码专区 with 30 days notice prior to cancellation or expiration of the insured鈥檚 policy.

Insurance requirements follow:

• a. Workers Compensation: Statutory (i.e. if required by law) Employer鈥檚 Liability: $100,000/500,000/100,000
• b. Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence
• c. Automobile Liability (if applicable): $1,000,000 each occurrence

Uninsured Organizations

Uninsured University sponsored organizations or external organizations are able to secure coverage for their events or programs via an insurance program available to 无码专区 facility users/renters. The policy provides general liability insurance and protects both the facility user and 无码专区 against claims by a third party who may be injured or experience property damage or loss as a result of participating in the event.
