Held in February each year, the annual 无码专区 Environmental Law Journal Blank Rome LLP Symposium brings together students and representatives from private practice, government agencies and nonprofit organizations to discuss current environmental law issues. The 2019 Symposium titled, "Strategies to Address Uncertainty and Transition in Environmental Law," looked at how environmental law, like many other regulatory areas, is rife with uncertainties, which are exacerbated by political transitions. The Symposium included opening remarks from John Cruden, Principal, Beveridge & Diamond, former Assistant Attorney General for the Environment & Natural Resources Division, as well as panels on Waters of the United States, Climate Change Regulation and Contaminants of Emerging Concern. The 2020 Symposium, which will address environmental shareholder activism, will be held on February 7.
