A signature and integral part of the VSB educational experience the Backpack to Briefcase (B2B) professional development curriculum provides a structured pathway designed to achieve career success after graduation.  In addition to receiving individualized coaching and a recruiter-ready portfolio, our students learn the skills to network, execute an effective elevator pitch, and take part in a case competition.  As a result, coupled with our relationships with top firms and alumni around the world, 99 % of students obtain a significant internship, with 70% of full-time job offers originating from that internship.  What鈥檚 more, 98% of VSB students secured opportunities within six months of graduation.
