PROFESSIONAL MBA APPLICATION DEADLINES
We operate on a rolling admissions review structure. Applications are reviewed within days from the point at which they are considered complete.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

One official transcript from each undergraduate or graduate institution attended where nine or more credits were earned and/or for prerequisite courses must be sent to the Graduate Business Office. ÎÞÂëרÇø alumni must have their transcripts sent officially through the Registrar's office to the Graduate Business Office.
Unofficial transcripts may be used for admissions review. However, official degree bearing transcripts will be required before the start of classes.

Recommendations can be professional references from individuals who know you in an employment setting (internships work as well) and are written by a current/previous supervisor. For those students who do not have work experience academic recommendations are welcomed. Please refrain from using personal recommendations (family, friends, etc.).
Please prepare a business resume that includes your educational and professional information.
Test-Optional Admission Policy - Starting with the Spring 2025 admission cycle, Professional MBA applicants are not required to submit GMAT or GRE scores to be considered for admission. The option to submit scores will still be available on the application for those who decide to share them. Applicants who have not previously taken undergraduate or graduate quantitative courses are encouraged, but not required, to submit a GMAT or GRE score.
Applicants interested in submitting GMAT, GMAT Focus or the GRE - Please arrange for official reports to be sent directly to ÎÞÂëרÇø (Program Code: 8PP-NJ-09 for the GMAT; 0827 for the GRE). The Admissions Committee will consider your highest score if you have taken the test more than once. For more information about the GMAT test and how to register, please visit . Please limit the essay response to two-pages double-spaced.

All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of $65. The fee is to be paid by credit card on the online application site when you submit.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
Applicants whose native language is not English and who graduated from a non-U.S. institution in a country where English is not the official language, are required to provide a score for the TOEFL. The ÎÞÂëרÇø School of Business TOEFL code is 2959. Scores must be sent directly to the Graduate Business Programs. Applicants who have graduated from an accredited United States institution are not required to submit a TOEFL. Applicants who work in the United States must submit their resume to the Graduate Business Office requesting to see if a TOEFL is required.
Credentials Evaluation
One official transcript evaluation from each post-secondary educational institution for which nine credit hours or more of course work were taken is required. All transcripts (academic records) must be official documents. They must represent a course-by-course evaluation from either or . Credentials evaluations are mandatory and are not waived. Please send your evaluations directly to the Graduate Business School via the information above. For World Education Services (WES), please select Graduate and Professional Admissions, followed by the ÎÞÂëרÇø School of Business option.
TUITION
Professional MBA tuition and fees for the 2024-2025 academic year are $1,300 per credit and include the cost of the Global Practicum. In addition, the university assesses a $100 general fee each semester.
FINANCING YOUR MBA
The ÎÞÂëרÇø School of Business is pleased to offer merit scholarships to academically and professionally accomplished students. Scholarship offers and award amounts will be determined by a holistic review of your application for admission and thorough evaluation of a variety of indicators, including (but not limited to) rigor of coursework, undergraduate GPA, your professional accomplishments and standardized test scores. Students will be evaluated for scholarship awards during the evaluation process. Once admitted, if you aren’t awarded a scholarship, you can submit a Scholarship Request Form, which will appear on the Application Status Page. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed for merit award eligibility. An additional essay will be required when submitting this form. Merit scholarships can only be used towards tuition in the ÎÞÂëרÇø Professional MBA program.
Scholarship decisions are typically made within a week of submitting the form. If you have any questions about the scholarship process, please reach out to our admissions representatives.
The VSB admissions team encourages you to apply for scholarship as early as possible within the current admissions cycle. Funding is limited and available on a first come first serve basis.
Priority will be given to completed scholarship applications received before the dates below:
• July 1 – For applicants seeking a fall semester start
• November 1 – For applicants seeking a spring semester start (available for select programs)
• April 1 – For applicants seeking a summer semester start (available for select programs)
