With over 30 years of leadership experience in Information Technology, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship, she has shared her expertise with people of diverse backgrounds in her hometown of Philadelphia and far beyond it.

Unity: She believes expanding access to Science, Technology, Arts, Engineering, Math (STEAM) education to underrepresented populations is critical to improving quality of life and driving ethical advances in tech.
Love: Throughout her career, her passion 鈥渉as been and continues to be introducing the power of technology to people of color, women, and children in underserved areas.鈥
Darla has held senior level roles at Fortune 500 companies including DuPont, Rohm and Haas, and SAP America. Yet, she remains most proud of her work closer to home. She was the former volunteer leader of the Philly New Tech Meetup, which brings over 5,000 community members together each month to share innovative ideas and learn together. She has also been a guest speaker at various technology events for Philadelphia students across the city.
Darla is one of the founding Board members of the Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women鈥檚 Leadership and is on the Board of Trustees for 无码专区. She 鈥渓ooks forward to continued opportunities to grow myself and others as a member of the Board of Trustees.鈥
