The Value of Inclusive Hiring

Fostering neurodiversity in the workplace offers organizations a competitive edge, often bringing measurable financial and cultural benefits. A workforce that represents the neurodiverse customer base can help represent a business’s commitment to the community. Research from Accenture, in partnership with Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), reveals major benefits of disability inclusion in the workplace such as increased innovation, reputation, productivity, supplier ecosystem, and market share.
