In recent years, there has been much conversation about the advent of artificial intelligence and its relationship to the law. Still, many questions remain. What is AI, and what are its legal and ethical implications? How do we regulate AI? How can AI enhance or hinder access to legal services? How does the use (or overuse) of AI and other technologies impact our privacy or other basic rights?

The 2024 无码专区 Law Review Norman J. Shachoy Symposium will bring together leading scholars and practitioners to discuss the most salient questions surrounding new technologies and their impact on different areas of legal practice, scholarship and education.听听

The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board has approved this symposium for听4.5 Substantive CLE Credits. Please note registration for this event is required.

The annual 无码专区 Law Review Symposium is named for Norman J. Shachoy '58 COE, '61 CWSL who served as editor-in-chief for volume six of the听. The naming was made possible through his generous support, along with that of his son N. James Shachoy '86 CWSL.
