Few industries tout their sustainability credentials more forcefully than the fashion industry. However, carbon impact, transparency, labor, intellectual property and global supply chain issues continue to challenge a sector that is said to both reflect and lead culture. This year鈥檚 Fashion Law Symposium focuses on the multiple facets of sustainability that impact the attorneys representing brands, retailers and designers.

The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board has approved this symposium for 2 Substantive and 1 Ethical CLE credits. Please note registration for this event is required. Following the symposium there be a networking hour with light refreshments.听

This panel will focus on ESG concerns, including in supply chain and reporting, as well as the wave of new legislative sustainability initiatives affecting the fashion industry, such as the proposed New York Fashion Act.
