ÎÞÂëרÇø Charles Widger School of Law hosts the Seventh Annual Fashion Law Symposium, on Friday, March 25, 2022. This event will bring together inside and outside counsel focusing on the key legal players in the fashion industry. This year’s event will include discussions on how in-house counsel at fashion companies interact with both business leaders and outside counsel to manage legal and compliance issues for some of the most successful businesses in the world.

Sponsored by the Fashion Law Society, this year’s symposium features experts and attorneys from notable companies, including Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Gucci and Duane Morris.

This symposium will take place virtually from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This program is approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 3 Substantive and 1 Ethics Distance CLE credits. Please note registration prior to the event is required. Attendees will receive an email from Eventbrite with the Zoom link to join the symposium on the day of the event.Ìý

This panel will focus on the role of in-house counsel in supporting a fashion company’s endeavors, while minimizing the risk of liability and navigating constantly evolving legal rights and obligations, including ethical issues, sustainability and supply chain issues.
