On Monday, June 1, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan lifted the “Stay Home” Executive Order. The lifting of this Executive Order means that individuals have no restrictions on leaving their homes.Restrictions, however, remain on the number of individuals that can gather in groups on the inside of facilities. That number is currently ten (10).It is important to note that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s original stay-at-home order did not apply to individuals attending churches and other houses of worship, although there was a limit of 50 people and social distancing was required.
Even though the stay-at-home order has been lifted,Antioch will continue to Not Hold Services Onsite until further notice. In the meantime, we are working on preparing our facility to meet the safety guidelines outlined by the Center of Disease Control (CDC) so that when we return to onsite services we are as safe as possible.
Until further notice, Sunday School Service will be held on a conference line each Sunday from 9:30am to 10:30am to allow members to hear the Sunday School Lesson Discussion. The Conference Line Number is 1-774-220-4000 and the access code is 55553333.
Until further notice, Pastor Tim will have aVideo Sermon available for viewing each Sunday after 3:00pm. Please access these sermons by clicking on any one of these links: Our website Sermons & Sunday School Lessons, our Facebook page Antioch's Facebook Pageand on our YouTube ChannelAntioch's YouTube Channel to hear a timely and encouraging Word from our Pastor. You can also hear past sermons on the Antioch Website.
However, the Church exemption will allow Antioch Members to drop off their Tithes & Offerings at the Church should you choose that option of giving (please see Giving Options below).
As an alternative for giving during Church Service, there are currently 2 options:
1. Until further notice, members from the Deacons and Trustees Ministries will be at the church to receive your offering from 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2. You can also mail your Offering to the Church through US Mail.
The Leaders are still investigating various electronic means of giving and that information will be provided in future communications.
We thank God for blessing you to give financially to support the ministry at Antioch. Your giving has helped us to meet our weekly and monthly obligations without failure the last 3 years, Praise the Lord!During this time, we need each member to remain vigilant in your giving so that we continue to meet our ministry obligations going forward.
All updates will be sent out via email and posted on this website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
